There are threads on here about doing this however it is not just a simple "unbolt the old, bolt in the new" job. As I recall the chassis cross-member under the seat needs changing and the floor where the wheel arches risers are (adjacent to the C-post) needs chopping and changing.

Hopefully someone will confirm and expand ...

Yes.....

The chassis A frame crossmember will need drilling/cutting to accept the mounting brackets.

The tub will need modifying to allow the seat rake angle (unless you raise the feet up) and to drill into these brackets. YRM do a modification kit https://yrmit.co.uk/product/2nd-row-seat-c...or-5-door/

Replace the mid crossmember with the Puma one.

DC second row seats are more upright, via an installed a bush. You'll need real DC seats or SW seats with the bush installed. I don't think it's available as a separate part number.

There are more hacky ways of doing it (as the popular YT video shows), but the seat belt female part is part of the seat, so they need to bolt to the chassis somehow. Aluminium is not an acceptable material for seat belt mountings. The Td5 male seat belts should be able to be kept.

There’s also two brackets that fit to the a-frame crossmember under the tub for the striker. The seat brackets are different as well.
