Winter tyre pressures
With the drop in temperature also comes a drop in tyre pressures. I have always had this with other vehicles but the large internal volume of the Defender tyres makes the drop greater. I've just topped up a few PSI all round.

Good morning

Manufacturer tire pressure is set at a temperature of 20 degrees Celsius. tire pressure varies from 100 grams for 10 degrees, example tire inflated to 2 bar at 20 degrees if I go to a country with a temperature of 40 degrees I would have 2.2 bar and if I go to a country with a temperature of -40 degrees I would have more than 1.4 bars. the pressures are taken cold tire of course

I’m happy to run lower pressures in the winter. Gives a bigger footprint.
