Anyone know if it is possible / easy to pick up a 12v (either permanent live or ignition would be better) from the rear fuse box? Seems there are quite a lot of empty slots but couldn't easily determine if any of them were live...
I guess I could use a 'piggyback' but I've always instinctively disliked them... Doesn't need to be anything too hardcore, it's just for a USB charger so probably only a few amps Click image to enlarge Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

....OR...
anyone know if it is possible to retrofit the load area (6/7th seat) USB sockets (the ones by the small side windows / drinks bottle holder straps) in a car without them from factory? Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |

Yeah both interesting thanks but don’t quite show how you could actually take a feed, other than with a ‘piggyback’, which maybe isn’t too bad of an option…
Anyone able to confirm which size of fuse the defender takes? They looked very small but I’m away from the car at the moment to confirm. Cheers, David Land Rovers of all shapes S3 onwards… Daily is a 110 V8. |
