It’s time to part company with my 110 and move on to other things, so here we go:
2013 2.2 110XS USW Orkney Grey 69,000 miles First registered 1st March, 2013 MOT until 3rd March 2024 Tax is currently £290 p.a. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Whilst not quite a full service history (it seems to have missed a year in its’ early life), it’s been religiously serviced during my ownership, including intermediate oil changes between regular annual services. All undertaken by my local independent, Challenger 4x4, with the last visit at the beginning of October. Currently on a private plate but will be changed for a standard age-related one shortly. All of the usual XS spec including heated windscreen, part leather seats, leather steering wheel, A/C, electric front windows, etc. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge Factory fitted chequer plate to sills and wing tops. I’ve spent a lot of time and effort on a wide range of improvements to this vehicle over the last six years, some of it obvious and some less so. Some of the highlights are listed below but please also take a look at my build thread that goes into a lot more detail, here: An Anorak's Utility Station Wagon Spec. changes and improvements include the following: Boost alloy wheels that were refurbished a couple years ago and colour matched with the bodywork. Fitted with General Grabber AT3 tyres, which have covered about 20k miles and are less than half worn. BAS 150 remap BAS uprated intercooler with silicon hoses Stainless brake hoses Ashcroft ‘improved’ gearbox output shaft Ashcroft ATB rear differential Genuine one-piece rear half shafts Uprated Gwyn Lewis UJ’s to rear prop-shaft HD front drive members Gwyn Lewis galvanised front shock turrets Galvanised spring seats and clamps Discovery 2 front spring isolators Old Man Emu rear spring isolators Rear springs have been swapped for genuine SW equivalents, providing a more compliant ride. Gwyn Lewis adjustable A-frame ball joint Gwyn Lewis Super Pro suspension bushes and hardware Gwyn Lewis mud shields to rear of front wheel arches and both front and rear of rear wheel arches. The chassis was Dinitroled by Zagato of this parish about 4 years ago and whilst it could probably do with touching up, is completely solid Natanenga stainless steel raised air intake Colour-matched aluminium hinge blocks Crystal headlights with uprated Philp bulbs Uprated overlay headlight wiring loom incorporating relays to protect the switches and separate feeds for spotlights (not included). This addition is fully documented with clear wiring diagram. All new stop/tail/side lights and indicators. Click image to enlarge Auxiliary electric circuits feeding rear Wilderness Lighting scene lights, rear internal light and additional power outlets. This addition is fully documented with clear wiring diagram. Additional interior light over the 2nd row seats. Mantec rear window guard Land Rover fire extinguisher on custom made bracket Raptor glove box Cubby box extended lid Ardcase pedal lock and Ardsafe 2 inch rear receiver, which will come with a multi-height towing bracket. It doesn’t include the step in the pictures, which I forgot to remove before taking them! 13 pin towing electrics with socket mounted within rear crossmember recess. Swingaway spare wheel carrier Genuine ‘Defender’ wheel cover Galvanised (and painted) front bumper A lot of the interior has been sound proofed, with Silentcoat and 6mm foam above the roof lining and on the sides and floor of the rear. All of that area has also been trimmed with carpet. I never got around to completing the rest of the vehicle, mainly because what I have done made such a huge improvement that I never felt the need. Click image to enlarge Click image to enlarge The original tubular side steps were swapped for individual fold up ones, partly because the originals rusted out and partly because the individual ones just work better as steps. Despite my best efforts to protect them though, those have rusted quite badly too. However, all of the hardware, including the special pivot bolts, were changed for stainless equivalents so they’d be an easy refurbishment for somebody with the time to do them. The wing mirror arms also haven’t faired particularly well but included in the sale will be a pair of newly painted replacements that I haven’t had time to fit. Whilst not shown in the pictures, also included will be a set of front light guards, for which custom made brackets are fitted to the vehicle that makes them easy to remove. There are a whole host of other minor bits and pieces that have been improved on so please see the build thread for lots more details. Whilst I don’t tend to go in for expensive cosmetic changes, I have tried to make this vehicle robust and improve on Land Rover’s sometimes questionable quality wherever possible. £29,500 or nearest offer. Located in Deepcut, Surrey. Thanks for looking. Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? Thanks, chaps
My immediate plan is a D4 but I also want to get a 90 and run it as a soft top, probably in the spring. I doubt I'll be going anywhere Darren 110 USW BUILD THREAD - EXPEDITION TRAILER - 200tdi 90 BUILD THREAD - SANKEY TRAILER - IG@landroveranorak "You came in that thing? Of course, if anybody is looking for one of these and has a 90 in the £10-£15k bracket, then there could be a deal to be done Darren

Thanks. To be honest, it's generally led a very sheltered life. Darren
