2007 Defender 90 Puma 2.4 HT Stornoway Grey

Water pump toque settings

Does anyone know the torque settings for the following, vehicle has the 2007 2.4tdci engine.

1, Bolts that hold the water pump to block x2
2, Bolts that hold the vacuum pump to the water pump x2

It says 23nm both water and vac pump bolts
