Wales 1995 Defender 110 300 Tdi CSW Epsom Green
Injector pump new bit!
I’ve just had a refurbished injector pump fitted and it seems to have a few bits that my old one did not.

It’s the bit circled in red. I don’t have an EGR fitted so was wondering what the function of this is?

No replies yet. I'm not very knowledgeable in this area but I guess it would be good if you stated 200 or 300 tdi then at least we could compare to our own vehicles?

Sorry, good point. It’s a 300Tdi, never had an EGR fitted as far as I am aware.

Your best bet is to call up a diesel pump specialist and ask them. They are usually lovely people and won't mind answering your questions.

I looked at my pump as it wasn't long ago that it was refurbished ( 300Tdi ) and i have nothing that you have circled in your pic Thumbs Up Clayton.

1996 Golf Blue 300Tdi 110 Pick up.

check that its not an edc pump from a late 300tdi auto discovery
