Aftermarket or Genuine side box?
Is there any benefit for going for a genuine side box over an aftermarket one? They all look the same to be fair, has anyone bought an aftermarket one on here? Also is there much more wind noise with a side box to without one?

Thanks

Not got one on mine but used a courtesy 90 with one. Half of your door mirror is taken up by it. Similar with ladder. Not for me, far too restricting on rear view. Try before you buy if you can, you might be surprised like I was just how intrusive it is. D300 HSE 110

I wanted one, a gloss black
one so went aftermarket. The only key difference (without valuing the quality of plastics etc) is the one I paid £200 for from Predator 4x4 has a crap lock on it. If I wanted to replace it with a better one it would cost me c.£9, I am very happy with it, and actually doesn't block too much from the mirrors, unless you spend the whole time looking behind you. For normal mirror use and maneuvering, it is fine.
