I am intrigued that the fill-in panels on the sides are in fact opening doors (suitable for very tiny people or dogs), and I am surprised for a (supposedly) factory build how crude the roof joins are. |

/\ I was just thinking the same. They might complain it takes hours to get anywhere, but at least leg room would be sorted. I wonder if there was a cage across the middle for the dogs?

I doubt there's be a cage - there's no external door handle! Unless the dog has been trained to open the door from the inside?

Image 20 and 21 do not show any cage. So you have to open the 3rd row door to open the 2nd door for the dog to run out... but by the time you opened the 2nd door, the dog is already out

I suspect that the tiny doors were built that way because it was the simplest and cheapest way to do it, rather than because it was remotely useful. Bearing in mind that the extension required a second pair of B-posts, which will have the hinge points and the shut point anyway, what could be easier than hangind a tiny door between them.
The description really is a joke, especially as it would have been a 109" SIII is it hadn't grown up. I bet that it is a leisurely drive with the 4-pot 2286cc petrol motor, and it won't be good for MPG. I wonder why a Stage 1 V8 was used as the basis. |
