Model Year Differences?

In the market for a Defender 110 in the US, considering both used and new. I'm trying to figure out what I'd be missing out on if I pick up a '21 or '22 instead of a '23 or '24. Is there a list of changes from year to year somewhere?

Any known issues with the earlier model years that have been worked out on the newer ones?

The chip shortage needs to be taken into account no matter what the original on paper spec was/ should be.

The 21MY and 22MY years would be my pick, as they should have all the bits, air suspension, digital dash etc. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue
