A smaller wheel is always better for a 4x4, so the only advantage to the 20” alloys is that they won’t rust.

The steels look better. Tempted to put mine on, though they are on all season tyres whereas my 20” wheels are on the all terrains.
Could always buy the county graphics and stick them on a Tasman Blue 90. 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

Those wheels make me chuckle. Wasn't that long ago that alloys were too expensive as original equipment so all the manufacturers were doing their best to make steel wheels look like alloys.
Now alloys are being made to look like steel wheels. RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr, P38, and 2 L322s, 2 FL1s and a L663 on the way |

Wrapped would probably be the simplest and cheapest option.
I went with factory option when I bought my first 90 but did consider wrapping it instead, if I still had it I might have wrapped the back door and added the side decals Click image to enlarge 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

The white wheels shown on the Tasmin blue 90 country are steels. Check the outer rim edges, against my photos above, top of this page) |

l like them but they don't look much different to the steel wheels and it would be a £2,000 upgrade.
You can buy a set of five new "take off" steelies for around £500 which is a flippin' bargain as the tyres are £178 each. Spray the seam where they rust with wax, wipe off the excess and allow to dry before fitting. So far mine haven't rusted at all. The only issue being the steelies are 18" so won't fit on all versions due to the brake calipers. Here's an example l found on ebay. Five brand new wheels with tyres for £485 "or best offer" l bet an offer of £450 would by them. Use as Winter wheels? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/266423053617?mk...media=COPY |
