Surely any local custom exhaust place can make you one?
It's not a complicated part, so any place with a reasonable reputation would do. I'm not near you, so can't recommend anywhere, but I'd be surprised if a quick google didn't provide a fair few options. I'm in a smallish town in sussex, and a 'custom exhaust in my_town' gives me more than half a dozen places within 10 miles. |

Franklin Exhausts (actually Franklin Silencers) in Grafton St, centre of Northampton could probably help, the alternative would be Every Exhaust Part in Redditch, but that might be mail order given your location.
The folks in Redditch are super helpful and (I think) have an e-bay shop... |

Struggling to find anyone local who actually does custom exhaust anymore. Everyone who says they do only does what they can get on a brochure it seems |

well ok, but you didn't say it wasn't your car in the photo. Why do you need such an adapter? Could you not just use something that fits instead? |

The need for the adapter comes when the vehicles had an engine/chassis swap, but I’m not overly sure why if honest The exhaust centre silencer is right for 300tdi, running a td5 rear tank so that’s a different component The standard method is to weld it and get it fitting it seems but I want something I can work with moving forward and make it easier to change components The adapter is needed to come off the centre box and meet with the rear pipe. Alas the 300tdi appears longer but doesn’t work with the rear tank Sorry wasn’t trying to be a d*** earlier ![]() @Mo - it’s 300 centre to td5 rear 👍 Demand engineering seem ok to fabricate, just need to check my measurements |

I'd also check orientation too if either item you are attaching too has hangers or a particular way up. You'll want the 2 to 3 flange to line up correctly.
Another option could be to lop the flanges off and use a sleeved joiner instead. https://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_from=R4...p;_sacat=0 |
