TD5 ENGINE REPLACEMENT !
Hi,

My mate has a TD5 and has had engine failure thro a blown head gasket !

The question is does he replace the engine with another or scrap it !

The vehicle is a T 99 plate 110 CSW which hasnt had the hardest life in the world but something has gone with the head to result in knackered head gasket and turbo !


How much for an engine ? any ideas ?

How much is he looking at for fitting ? DEFENDER XS CSW 08 TONGA GREEN

I have sourced a lump ! not thro simmonites but its sorted, new lump being fitted tomorrow so should be all good to go for the bank holiday weekend. DEFENDER XS CSW 08 TONGA GREEN
