Powerful UK spare wheel lock has arrived
Good timing - the day that my 90 HSE is arriving at the dealer, Powerful UK's impressive lock has gone on sale. At £68, mine is ordered. 90 D250 HSE, Pangea Green with tan interior and fabric sunroof.

Looks good, exept that HSX branded HSX cover.
Would be nice to put the OEM Landrover
Center Cap in there. No Mud flaps for my 90.!

For my Classic Defender I bought this kit off of eBay, which like the Powerful one was advertised for alloy wheels only.

I spaced it out behind the wheel carrier to shorten the length and made a larger plate to cover the hole in the steel wheel.

I’ve not seen behind the wheel mount on a new Defender so couldn’t comment as to whether this would work in a similar way for those running steelys

Just a thought.

Word of warning - this doesn’t fit the 22” alloys on my V8. Powerful are looking into a solution.
