Best way is to use a standard 300tdi middle section along with a Puma /td5 rear silencer. You will have to make or get made a 135mm length two bolt to three bolt flange adaptor section to mate the two together, I had a few of these I made in stainless years ago but don’t have anymore now.
This way allows you to use standard off the shelf parts, otherwise you end up with a right mess of an exhaust cut and welded as you have pictured above. (assuming the 300tdi has been fitted in the factory 300tdi location) |

Think it’s time to treat your self to a custom SS unit built just for you 👌 Thanks Jim.

Thanks both - If only SWMBO wouldnt notice the money for a custom exhaust disappear.
Oldowner - That's great, thanks. Looks like these TD5 components would work- https://www.paddockspares.com/muffler-rear-1.html https://www.paddockspares.com/wce000030-mi...74549.html Then find someone to knock up any custom lengths required. 300tdi is in standard position by all accounts |

If you close to Derbyshire I’ve one of these I didn’t get on with you can have for free. I put a free to collect post on here awhile back but had no takers!
https://www.paddockspares.com/pm100-ss-sil...-tdci.html I’m only 15-20 mins from paddocks. Thanks Jim. |

Jack, rear muffler is correct but use the late 300tdi 90 mid section https://www.paddockspares.com/esr4526-cent...99222.html I will swing under my wife’s 300tdi 90 tomorrow which has the td5 rear tank and exact system I described with one of the adaptors I made. (She hated her Puma and insisted she wanted a 300tdi 90) BTW the complete late 300tdi 90 system ESR4526 / ESR4527 looks like it will fit with a rear tank but it doesn’t, it fouls the genuine td5 tank - been there tried that. There is a mythical rear pipe for a ROW 300tdi 90 with rear tank but has been unavailable genuine for years (if indeed it did ever exist) and any pattern part ordered with the ROW part number is incorrect and supersedes to the td5 / Puma rear pipe which needs the adaptor described. |

Alternatively, but more expensive, Have a chat with demand engineering. You can buy the whole system, all in stainless steel and the quality and fit has great reports from members on here for the Puma ones they do.
