Gearbox oil leak.

I have a small oil leak coming out of that hole. Any know what is the problem

Most likely the rear main seal on the engine crankshaft, a fairly common fault. Unfortunately it is either a gearbox or engine out job to repair, but the good new is that there are lots of other expensive parts you can replace at the same time ! Laughing

No special tools needed to replace the seal (the seal comes with an installer).

Remove propshafts, remove handbrake, remove gearbox cross-member, drain transfer box, remove front section of exhaust pipe, disconnect transfer lever, remove gear levers , remove transfer box, disconnect clutch, remove gearbox, remove clutch from flywheel, remove flywheel, remove old seal, clean, fit new seal (following instructions to the letter or else it will leak), then reverse the dismantling procedure. There is, of course, quite a lot of work needed to remove the gearbox, unfortunately. If doing it yourself and you haven't done it before allow a full day.

Also consider replacing the crankshaft spigot bearing, the clutch driven plate, cover, and slave cylinder, and inspect the infamous gearbox output adaptor shaft splined coupling, and make sure that you grease the latter thoroughly on assembly whether or not you need to replace it.

You will need a clutch aligning tool. If replacing the spigot bearing it is a huge help to have the right extractor, although it is (usually) possible to get by without.
