I have just did a centre console and radio replacement, but what the hell has the previous owners done here??? Did these have the original speaker wiring etc? because this is just second hand stuff!

Also this large black connector looks like an original ISO? if so is there a replacement?

If it's been bodged that much you may as well rip it all out and start again. At least you'll know what you're dealing with then.
