Turning Air-Con on and get ABS 3-amigos
Hi all,

First post here and hoping someone might have an idea.

2008 Puma 2.4 XS

Very weird situation, if I turn the air-con on, I get the 3-amigos on the dash. Turning engine off/on usually clears the fault.

ABS does work before turning air-con on...and air-con works too. Not sure if ABS is working after turning air-con on.

Guessing at an earth fault somewhere. Had it in to a local garage of another issue and apparently they "wiggled" the main loom grey connector at the passenger side under the bonnet.... I've spoken to the garage but they're rather unhelpful.

Any ideas?

Cheers,

A.

Begin with your earth connections.

I agree it is likely to be an earth (or lack of) behind the dash as they are totally independent/separate circuits.

Unfortunately I don’t have the wiring diagram for a Puma.

Good luck 👍
