2.2 problems i think!
hello

my 2.2 has now done 6700 ish miles and for the last 1000 miles or so flat spots have been appearing and getting worse. around the 30mph mark when accelerating.
the flat spots are so bad its like the engine has missed a beat!!
been towing a lot lately, and general everyday work, not long distances though.
Any ideas?

and the latest big flat spot was this afternoon when i had 1/2 a tank of fuel,

That is exactly what I get some mornings when pulling away from the house, fine in first and second, change to third and there is nothing for a couple of seconds then all is well. Shocked Initially I thought it was something to do with the vehicle being cold but it happens at other times as well but there is no pattern as to when it occurs.

This seems to be spreading - no symptoms with mine as yet but I'm now cautiously on the lookout each time I take it out.
