L663 Roof Bars vs Expedition Roof Rack?

Hi all - Looking for some advice on Roof Bars vs Expedition Roof Rack, specifically which is lower profile (height from top of the roof)?

I'm looking to mount a tentbox and whilst I know the bars are 'more' OOTB compatible, from time-to-time i would like to carry other things (boxes, etc) on the roof.

Is there much height difference? Considerations for mounting tentbox? etc?
