Engine (Turbo?) hesitation at specific RPM
Defender has developed a new problem, while gently accelerating it sort of loses power at exactly 1,800rpm and will continue to 'flutter' or kangaroo until it hits 2,200 rpm or I press the loud peddle harder and accelerate though it. Mostly noticeable when pulling out into traffic or about town etc, once your in anything above 2nd gear its less noticeable. Feel like turbo is cutting in and out, but its fine at all other speeds / RPM

Shocked

dgardel, it worked, did as you suggested, disconnected it and it runs fine SO - what do I do now, is it OK to run it like it is, if not I guess I just have to get a new valved fitted or did the blanking plate concept ever get finalised, and if so whats the advantage of that? Any advice most welcome
