Last 2 electrical gremlins

Hello all,

My first thread on here so hope it goes well… I’m in the process of a rebuild and I’ve got 2 electrical gremlins to figure. One main one so we’ll get that going by first.

My wipers don’t work. I can only get them to work if I squirt water then they do the worst swooshes and stop. They don’t work on other settings on the stalk. It’s a brand new stalk fitted last week.

Defender 90 1992, it was the wiper relay! I have a new issue now with the ‘swoosh’ not moving as much as it did before
