[img]Well everyone. With our 2nd child now 3 years old and having only used the trailer twice since my last post in the Expedition and Camping section, I think it's time to say goodbye to the trailer and Oztent RV3. Superb bit of kit that needs enjoying. It has always been garaged away from the elements. Tows like a dream. Oztent as new. Before the small company (MyWay) dissolved, they were featured in LRO magazine with great reviews against the big, well-established players. Also sold a few to Mountain rescue and fire services as support trailers. Rock solid trailer built on an equally solid Sankey chassis.

The only part of the kit I would like to keep is the Engel fridge as we use it in our inflatable tent. £5300 for the full kit including the appropriate Nato Tow hitch from my 90. https://www.defender2.net/forum/topic61046.html Old forum thread showing its various configurations. The Oztent is without doubt the best. Just fits perfectly. Thank you for looking. Engel fridge price update/offset.
I've had a few people asking about the Engel MT35 fridge being included. Although I can't include it due to our inflatable tent holiday life! ... I think it's fair to reduce the price in the absence of a decent 2nd hand fridge by £500. Price reduced to: £4,800 ovno. Evening folks.
Here's a detailed Google Video I've made with a bit of a walk around. Tried to upload to YouTube but it's only doing it in 3 mins chunks. I've been asked about the chassis. I have plenty of pictures but I hope the video speaks for itself. Sorry about the heavy breathing, I'm clearly still very attracted to the trailer and far from an online influencer 😅 Positives, bodywork warts n' all. 9 minute Google Video below https://photos.app.goo.gl/D3gZLPcZfSrCeMtj9 "Big green" 2000 Td5 90 IRB Developments modified (2004-2011) Discovery 3 TDv6 GS Auto 2011-2012 *Missed the Defender too much* IRB Developments rebuild: Project Ice cube 2012-...... http://www.defender2.net/forum/topic11056.html |
