Interior cam
Looking for an interior dash cam that would also monitor the rear compartment of my 110 to keep an eye on the dogs. Especially on a ferry crossing when there’s also limited mobile signal so maybe using the vessel’s Wi-Fi?

Most of the BlackVue cameras would do this. You could fit a front and rear and just flip the rear to look in the vehicle when out, or get one of the specialised ones that have an interior cam as well as exterior, usually meant for Taxis. BlackVue allow wifi and remote connections but it would be a faff to connect to the ships wifi each time.
