[For Sale] Unusual 90 TD5 for sale

Land Rover 90 Td5
Registered April 2003. Current mileage circa 105,000
Originally a County Station Wagon which was stolen and recovered with items such as doors missing. Bought from salvage December 2006 by RST Land Rovers Ltd and rebuilt by them to current look utilising MOD surplus conversion kit.
Not an official ex MOD vehicle.
Rebuild noted on V5 and re-registered as VRM ET03 UTM with paperwork to confirm. HPI clear. Currently showing personal L90 NRB VRM which potentially could be included.
Owned by me last 6 years and previous owner since 2010.

Engine wise there is an EGR delete and replacement straight through centre pipe. I believe the engine to be remapped but have no confirmation or detail of this.
Replacement Gearbox/Clutch at 92,500 miles
Also fitted with ABS and Traction Control
Laserline Alarm/Immobiliser and separate Tracker
Two sets of keys/fobs
Rear seat belts but no rear seats
Fire Extinguisher
Adjustable tow bar with working single electrics
Owners wallet with partial service history plus numerous copies of previous MOT’s, parts and service invoices.
Strong MOT history passed January 2025 with no advisories.
Usually garaged and has only done around 1200 miles a year which is the principal reason for sale plus I have a D2 for running around along with an X5 for work.
Chassis, Bulkhead all sound. Hood worn but serviceable.
Used for summer runs and light laning trips. Drives great, lively and sounds well.

Hard to value given look/spec and appreciating will not be for everyone so looking for offers around £16k based on similar age/mileage vehicles and noting Wolfs go for a lot more....

That is one very cool defender - I would say £16k is fair and a good price for the milage and the amount of gear you have added, just need someone that wants one like that who will pay the money.Defender 130 HCPU TD5

I’d argue that’s a better buy than a Wolf, with that TD5 engine in it. 2008 2.4 110 Utility Station Wagon XS.
