This is a heavy duty item from uksnowploughs, not one made out of bean tins as many of those on ebay are.
It attaches to the supplied custom A frame using the 2 tow ball mounts and is lowered and raised manually using a heavy duty ratchet strap. It has a thick rubber wear strip along the bottom which is replaceable. Ploughing height is set using the 2 jockey style wheels. Takes 60 seconds to fit or remove from the vehicle. The A frame won't fit Defenders with the Air Con grille without modification. A separate mounting system is available for vehicles with winches which allows the blade to be raised or lowered using the winch, The unit retails at £1980 new from the manufacturer (and wouldn't come with the custom artwork!!) https://sites.google.com/site/snowploughs/...now-plough Has never been used in anger, just been in storage, £995.
