Wired winch remote wiring

Hi, is it possible to use a 3 core/wire winch remote with this solenoid?

I have a wireless remote working but can't think how it would be possible to use 3 core wired remote which I have spare and want to use as a backup.

It is pretty well guaranteed to be possible, however it would be useful to have some wiring info about the solenoid.

Is this the same one you were asking about in 2022?

Most likely something like this will work, this is for an Allbright solenoid. I haven't yet met a 5-wire control that cannot be wired as a 3-wire control.

Thanks blackwolf and that's correct it is the same one.

So looks like the third wire from the controller needs a fused positive feed back to the battery going off your diagram.
