2013 Defender 110 Puma 2.2 HT Alpine White

2.2 puma code P132B-22

hi,
i need help with defender 2.2 TDCI 2013 the car was running fine until i heard a squeaking noise while accelrating, the noise increase with RPM, i suspected the turbo so i ordered a new aftermarket chinese one from a local shop, but when i installed it the check engine light would pop up with code P132B-22 and the car would enter the limp mode(loss of power)
i even tried a replacement from the same company but same problem.
i put the old turbo back, the check engine is gone and the car is not in the limb mode anymore, but still noisy.
does anyone know why this is happened do i need to calibrate the turbo in a certain way, or do i need to push oil in before installation.
or it is just bad chinese company who sells faulty turbos.
