I did the app update the other day when you read about what’s new it should appear with pic of vehicle etc but mines still as per the old one🤔 even deleted and reinstalled still as per old version?

I tried an another un/install cycle and it loaded up the 3.0.0.3 (old) app version.
I did like the look of the new one - having the climate pre-con on the home screen is a nice touch. But given the glitches which still seem prevalent, I'm happy to stick with the old version for now. |

The app's been showing the spinning circle of death the last few days.
I finally deleted and reinstalled it and got the 'new app' and it works fine. Ditto the comment about the colour of the Defender in the app. Surely with the VIN they could customised that... a la. the Germans. First world problems eh  22MY Defender 110 D300 S in Pangea Green and Contrast White Roof

ls this the "Land Rover Remote" app?
l've never had a problem with mine, although it doesn't show a picture of the vehicle on the home screen. |

The updated app looks different to the old one - there’s now a picture of a Defender on the main screen. So I’d expect you’ll get the updated version when you next get an update.
I’m pleased to share that the initial glitches have been ironed out on mine and it’s now operating perfectly. Although I’m still perplexed by the fact that the model on my app is an Octa, rather than the 90 I have - I’m hoping that might get sorted at some point but it’s not the end of the world! 2025MY Defender 90 D250 X-Dynamic HSE | Santorini Black with Black Pack |

You must to admit that JLR, by giving you the image of an Octa instead of a 90 from the lot, for nothing and for free or for the same price, has been very generous in that point! Dont you think?
