Rear Worklamp wiring
This is just a share of a circuit for Rear worklamps that may be of use to others. My camper is a landrover defender doormobile. I wanted two rear worklamps that can be hard as follows. 1. Switched off si they dunt activate when driving on a road. 2. To operate in conjunction with the cars reversing light when off road or turning up to a campsite at night, supplied from stater battery. 3 to operate when setting up camp quoth engine off, supplied from leisure battery with 2 way switching, one switch by rear door, other switch at front of rear seating area. This circuit allows that. It uses one 3 pin on/off/on switch and a pair of 3 pin on/on switches.

All the 12v feeds do come via fuse panels, omitted for clarity.

Bit hard to see the way you've drawn it, but you're using a "staircase circuit" here to be able to switch the lamp on/off from two locations

Yes, that's exactly what you use for two way switching. The additional element is integrating that with a 3 way switch to select operation with reverse gear, all off, or two way switching feed from leisure battery.

the next advancement of the 'staircase circuit' aka 'hotel circuit' is to use a simple Electromagnetic Pulse Relay (https://www.amazon.co.uk/plikc-Electromechanical-Pulse-Relay/dp/B08DKK5S16) which can be purchased cheaply on various voltages (12/24/110/230v) and AC/DC.

This is a very simple mechanical device that basically uses a electrical pulse and electromagnet to advance a cam that switches on and off a set of points. pulse on - pulse off etc. You can buy them in fancy electronic versions with timers etc too, but you have to watch the voltage etc.

The benefit is that you can create this pulse from any low current daisy chained NO push switch ('doorbell switch') or cheap remote receivers. Also it does not use power other than the pulse and is unaffected by power outages etc (e.i on remains on, off remains off). However it does not work with permanent contacts like the reverse light switch in the gearbox, but you could bypass (override) it for the reverse light application.

The above is just sharing of some knowledge for those that interested in this kinda stuff as DIY projects.
