Scotland 
This is my corrosion on both corners and have no idea whether to replace the screen frame or cut out and repair.

Yes your correct the bulkhead is corroded and holed. That’s why I mentioned in an earlier post that surely a galvanised bulkhead is the only way to go to rectify the problem once and for all. The alternative is to do patchwork and painting over and over again. It’s know to be made of cheese the puma bulkhead, whereas my series and TD5 motors never had any bulkhead issues.
