Software update 4.3
Software update 4.3 installed this morning has crashed the on screen entertainment screen which is completely unresponsive. I’ve tried holding down the power button, then tried holding down the power button with the diamond button on the steering wheel to no avail. I can get Apple car play to work by using the telephone button, which doesn’t fill the entire screen. Any ideas?!

Any change this morning if the car has been parked overnight? If not, and still unresponsive to hard resets might be worth disconnecting the battery for an hour or two and trying again. 23.5MY 90 V8 Carpathian grey

Sorted this morning… I wasn’t holding the volume control down long enough - over 20 secs. Pivi rebooted.
