Squeal coming from rear (idk where)

Not a loud squeal but not faint. It's coming from the rear. Usually crops up when it's cold weather (50 degrees F or below).

Doesn't always happen but when it does, it's when I'm backing out of the garage or a parking spot (doesn't matter if it is a cold start in the morning, happens throughout the day). Also sometimes it doesn't happen when I'm reversing out, but happens when I'm rolling the windows up or down.

So... doesn't always happen; sounds off 1-2 times; when it does it's usually cold weather; it randomly happens when I'm either reversing the vehicle and/or rolling up/down my windows). I've had it in four times to service. They couldn't reproduce the problem. They checked the compressor/suspension all four times. No leaks. Compression holds same pressure.
