tunein radio custom url possible?

Hi all,

Both in my car (L663 75th) and at home (NAD amplifier) I use tunein radio. These a-holes apparently driven up the prices for radio stations to be in their list so many dropped out, understandable.

At home I managed to add 'custom' urls to the app, works quite well
e.g. http://icecast.radiofrance.fr/fip-midfi.mp3
(FIP by radio france, highly recommended eclectic radio station without commercials)

I'm looking for a way to do this in the car as well. So add a 'custom' url to tunein on PIVI.

I looked for a possibility to do this on PIVI in the car as well but coulnd't find it. Would there be a way to add a url to the tunein app incar? Maybe with the GAP tool? Or some other "backdoor" I haven't thought of yet.
