Door Pin Wiring
I don't currently have any wiring through the doors and want to fit interior lights.

I’ve bought door pins, but struggling to find an “easy” way to get an earth wire to the pin. I don't mind drilling a small hole if needed when it drops down from the dash, but thought I’d check first to see if there was something more obvious. I can’t see any holes in either footwell to give me access.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks

Hayden

The standard wiring as I recall runs down the A-post from under the bonnet.

There's a hole at the top front of the bulkhead door pillar under the bonnet both sides

Below is a link to the wiring of the front electric windows lots of photos that will show the location of bulkhead access and where the cables exit from the door pillar, It Might help you locate where to route the cables.
