[For Sale] Drivelodge Pop Top and Roof
My original idea was to make my 110 into a campervan, but my family have gone off the idea, hence the sale, and now plan to convert my Defender to a soft top
The work was done by LR Bits in Yorkshire and I would think he fits the majority of Defender pop tops in the UK
The roof is currently on my Defender and my plan is to remove it with the buyer at my home address is Harrogate. I estimate the weight to be around 70kg and was planning to make a frame on my carport and lifting the roof slightly when unbolted and driving away then lowering on to the buyer's vehicle.
My Defender is parked under a carport for 98%+ of the time is still as new.
Payment would be by BACs or bank transfer once the pop top is viewed by the buyer and before we start to remove the roof
I am also advertising my Defender in another listing as a whole which includes the pop top, Redarc split charge/lithium battery and the rear tub ready for fit out. The Defender is a late 2014 3 door Hardtop with 26700miles and recent MOT

-Drivelodge pop top fitted by LR Bits in June 2024
-Will fit most 110 Defenders, especially 2007 on, not sure about the TD5 or older
-Roof is from a 2014 Defender 3door Hardtop, if fitting to 5door, you may need to attach an angle trim for the 2nd row door seal.
-Everything from the gutter line above is included in the price except the interior light, sun visors and alarm sensor
-Includes a 180w solar panel and associated wiring
-Includes all carpeting panels and headliner above the gutter line except the sun visors
-LEDs in the pop top and roof sides
-Includes Kilmat sound proofing under the roof carpet and headliner
-Steel and carpeted bed rails for bed board fitting, bed boards not included
