As above really - looking for people's thoughts on a good quality brand of latex/disposable gloves for general garage tinkering work that don't split after 30 seconds... Matt.

I use Screwfix 6mil "site" gloves, they are fine for moderate tinkering. Available in black or orange grip. I find I can use them several times before they give up.

Bold Nitrile gloves, ASIN no. B01186PL5S on Amazon. Much stronger than normal nitrile gloves…

I use blue nitrile, bodyguard? Off eBay. I buy in packs of 1000 ( 10 x 100 ) at a time as I use them for work too. I also take them off ( blow into the glove ) to re-use so long as they're not split. 1983 110 automatic OM606

I wouldn't recommend any latex gloves, there are far too many issues with them, use nitrile instead.

As said above use nitrile. Tip: if you need a quick ice pack for an injury. Put a few ice cubes in a glove & then tie a knot. Visitor - Freelander owner |
