After 3 cheap portable air compresor that last less than one year and burn at least 3 fuses of the cigarette ligther I would like to buy a good portable air compressor to have in the Defender.
Any suggestion? Thanks Eduardo MY 2007 110 SW PUMA 2.4: Big Fog of 64' MY 1994 Jayco 1207 Folding camper: "El Tremendo" ![]() Click image to enlarge |

Hi
I have a Viair 400C built in unit, coupled to 2 x 1 gallon air tanks. It stores air at 150psi and will pump a 285x75x16 from 14psi to 30 in a few seconds and will re fill the tanks by the time your around to the other front wheel. The back wheels from 14psi to 50psi take a little longer. To me a great system that will also run small air tools, drill, impact gun for wheel nuts. Try the link below for more details http://www.mattsavage.com/acatalog/400_Ser...volt_.html ![]() |
