750 R16
750 R16 were the original factory fitting on my Defender 110 Hard Top 2008. It just says 750 R16 on the sidewall.

I am looking to replace these and have found some 750/100 R16 and 750/80 R16

Which ones do I need?

7.50/100 R16
The tyre aspect ratio is 100%, ie, the width and profile height are both 7.50 inches.

If you focused on the tyres / manufacturers, you'd easily recognize that they're all 7.50 R 16
In the real world, there's no such thing like 750R16 750/100R16 or so
