Bulkhead Rain Gutter Replacement

Hi all, whilst faffing with something else yesterday I noticed my rain gutter is pretty rotten.

Has anyone changed theirs? I see there are new ones available.

Is it as easy as it appears? Eg drill out the blind rivets, and prise off then drill new holes, and re install with new gasket (and mastic/ sealant?)?

Also, what’s the best material for the rivets? Bulkhead is steel, new gutter will be galvanised. The bulkhead is in good condition, but I worry that the bulkhead would become the sacrificial part if the gutter and rivets are of higher nobility! Current Garage...
