Wiper Motor
So one of the wiper wheel boxes seized in my 2012 tdci 110.
As such a faff getting dash removed, I thought I would replace everything. So new motor, new wheel houses, new cable etc.
Have put back together and the new wiper motor is making an odd noise when on slow speed or intermittent.
I have put new and more grease in the wheel houses, cable and in motor.
Any other ideas what it might be?
Thanks

I've listened a couple of times. It seems to me that some thing is tight. Did the cable go in free and easy? I would pull the motor, remove the cable and drive cog and check to see if the armature freeplay adjustor is too tight.

You're both right. Took motor apart and filled with even more grease, same with drive cable, and now sounds normal.
Thanks for both your help, much appreciated.
