Baby wipes work quite well on light dirt and leave a nice finish. Just used whichever brand was available, but mostly Aldi.

I use a nail brush with hot water and washing up liquid. Then a spray wit Armour All or similar.

I use a nail brush too and warm water with some fairy in and then to finish things of i use plenty of Autoglym vinyl and rubber care, comes up a treat
