I carefully removed my own and bought a second-hand bulkhead that I cut the centre of. I then used rated black cargo netting to create the barrier between the front and back.
It looks smart enough and works as intended. Last edited by BadgerWaz on 24th Nov 2024 12:17am. Edited 1 time in total |

It's a shame the LR cargonet can't be used in place of the bulkhead, but there are no cieling mount points at the front.
I bought the LR cargo net first to see if this would work but it won't so its back in its bag and I wasted my money. |

What about the Land Rover dog guard. I was wondering if that could be fitted into the Commercial version?

The dog guard uses the same mounting points in the roof as the net. It will no doubt fit at the bottom and would work if you can secure it somehow at the top.

I don't have any anchor point access at the top in my commercial. I expect they're there under the plastic somewhere but without an exact point to holesaw I chose not to risk the carnage of multiple attempts.

How is the standard Commercial bulkhead attached at the top?

I believe it’s attached where the rear grab handle would be on the regular 90
Click image to enlarge Might be able to rig up a bracket of some sort and attach the dog guard that way? 24MY 90 D250 HSE, Tasman Blue |

Correct, the rear grab handle is the upper most structural attachment. I have a cargo net strung between those points to keep the dogs in the back after the bulkhead was removed.
The bulkhead itself has plenty of steel in it, so it’s not light and is awkward to manoeuvre. Worth having a second pair of hands on side if your going to remove it. |
