Confirm mobil oil which one

Hoping someone can clarify for me which mobil oil is the correct one for my 2016 2.2
Is it either

Mobil Super 3000 Formula R Engine Oil - 5W-30

Or

Mobil 1™ ESP Formula P 5W-30

Look at the spec sheet for the oil.
With a 2.2 you will have a DPF which means the oil needs to be low SAPS (C1) and meet ford spec WSS-M2C-934-B.
