Headlight half bowls - cant find any for my XS
As the subject title says, I trying to source a pair of half bowls as I believe they are called for my XS, recently bought a pair of surrounds only to discover the lot had rusted to bits so will sell them on and but two complete bowel units - problem is all the ones I have seen advertised are for the version wight headlamp adjustment motors (talking of which, how do they work, cant fine any switches to activate them - odd) Shocked .

So anyone seen some for sale, nothing on fleabay apart from the backplate on its own!

An XS has a headlamp adjust "roller" on the dash marked with numbers 1-4 from memory.

They could have but unlikely. There is a four way switch that functions a stepper motor in the lamp unit. Bottom left of the dash under the temp control dial. Found it?

This shouldn't really be so difficult. I am referring to the air con temperature control dial with a red bit when you want the temp increased, and a blue bit when you want it decreased. NOT the temperature gauge for the noisy bit up front. If you can't find the adjustment for the headlamp angle then either read the manual to get the picture or take it to a dealer.

As I said above I do not have one, i have a row of factory fitted switches where on the car shown above the hight adjustment switch is.

Regardless is that, my original question was i regard to the headlight bowls - Banging Head
