Defender Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor 2.4 TDCI
Question:

If you change the Defender Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor 2.4 TDCI, do you need to bleed the system? And connect it to a diagnostic computer? Landrover series3 109 1980-1999

United Kingdom 2007 Defender 110 Puma 2.4 DCPU Stornoway Grey
No bleed required (in fact there is no way to bleed the fuel rail anyway) and no diagnostics or recalibration required.

It should be a simple remove then refit operation. The only thing the LR WSM specifically mentions is to conduct a leak test afterwards.
