It could be many things , but given you have a non std map I would suspect that first. If the check engine light went off by itself then it’s because the ECU has run the same tests that triggered the DTC and the engine has subsequently passed those tests several times. This is probably because you have not put the engine under the same stress as you did when the DTC was generated. However if you do again I suspect the same issue will occur. |
