They are peanuts to buy, just need some pointers on removing them and fitting them. Defender TD5 90 ---/--- Peugeot 306 HDI hatch back

They’re not core plugs they’re cam plugs is maybe where the confusion is here?

They just pop out, and pop a new one in.
