[Wanted] 110 2.4 Puma / Late TD5 CSW / USW

I've a V8 110 that whilst is awesome, it's rather brash and I'm looking for something slightly more refined now I have some children on the way.

Looking for something with aircon and a good solid base. I don't mind doing work, in fact I will be doing all the normal fun mods, but don't want to go back to an old crusty mess like my previous 110.

Bonus if you'd want to swap for my V8.
