I guess this is one for those of you in Dubai but obviously all suggested welcome
the family and I are currently in Dubai and would like to organise one of the above safari's. only problem is there's seems to be several options all similar price so it would nice to know which one to go for - or more importantly which ones to avoid 
obviously any discounts would be a bonus

Tom, many thanks for the info. I've had a look on their website and unfortunately their prices are prohibative for us. Once again thanks for the info / heads up but I think we'll have to take our chances with one of the cheaper operators. |

once again thanks mate for the info.
and no worries about not being able to take of for a quick visit. some of the trips are talking about 3pm pick up and return at 9pm. any idea how long it takes to get to where some of this trips head out to ? trying to get an idea of how long we're likely to be in the car as they also talk about camel rides, bbq, belly dance show, camel farm etc? cheers |

about 1 hour on the road and about 2 hours driving with a few stops, camel farm, then the camel rides, bbq, belly dance show, etc?
