Has anyone with a P400e managed to find a load space liner which is actually made for the P400e with its raised boot floor?
I’ve tried at least half a dozen suppliers and none currently have a template for the P400e. My P400e is due to arrive in June and am keen to find a solution before it arrives. |

Think it’s pretty poor that LR don’t make one that fits!

I have to say that the raised floor is the most annoying thing about the P400e! It's not the fact its raised, but the slopes round the edges - if I put things near the door, they want to fall out of the boot because of the slope!

I´ve ordered a custom bootliner fom Witamats. Quite skeptical but will let you know how it is when I receive it at Easter. 2025 Defender 130 V8

I decided to get the Land Rover version VPLES0566 that is not recommended for the PHEV. It is just a tad too wide and so has a very slight ruck tot he sides in the area around the hump in the boot but that doesn't matter as it is unsed space anyway. If you want you could trim a very small sliver off the edge and it should sit down properly. Across the top of the hump and front to back it sits flat and is perfect for our muddy dog!
See my gallery for photos. I got mine from woodacre4x4 on eBay at a very good price, just had to wait a bit as they were on back order. Hope that helps. 2022 Defender 110 HSE P400e Tasman Blue |

Thank you for the photos. That looked much better than expected. I will definitely go for that one if the one I ordered is not satisfactory. 2025 Defender 130 V8

I have one I bought from Predator 4x4 which has Defender on it, heavy rubber and my solution is to keep an umbrella under each raised side, which I would keep in the car anyhow, and the mat sits above them. Works well for me, I carry bikes, cases, tool kits etc in my boot with no issues.

So the "custom" mat I got from Witamats pretty much sucks. So I will go with the same as Metisse recommended above. 2025 Defender 130 V8

Following this topic. Picking up my P400e in a couple of weeks. I hope that some manufacturer will come up with a solution for a rubber mat or a boot liner that will fit properly.

I bought the one recommended by Metisse above. Very positively surprised. Doubt there is a better one out there.
I cut off about 1 cm on the left side for a perfect fit. Also used the cutouts for three of the tie-down points. It greatly diminishes the slope on all sides.
